not a happy customer
It makes decent coffee when it works — but perhaps I bought a faulty unit. In the first year, the grinder broke and had to be replaced. Since then, every year I’ve had to spend around $150 on new parts plus $140 for servicing.
A big thank you to the Segafredo team for their excellent service. Unfortunately, the machine itself has been a constant headache. The milk frother is a nightmare to clean and has been replaced twice. The water tank has broken twice as well, flooding the bench each time. Even small parts like the rubber liner have needed replacing.
My advice: stay away and invest in a better brand.

Purchased new machine as some issue had stated with old one having used it for 10 years. this has better bean dispensing to grinder and easier milk frothing set up tan old machine. very happy with machine, purchase service and delivery
